Will my bread be fresh when it arrives?

Yes! We take multiple steps to ensure the bread you receive is as fresh as can be. All bread products are shipped either overnight or with 2-day shipping (your choice!). The bread is also shipped par-baked to ensure that you receive the freshest product possible.

What is par-baked bread?

Par-baking is a process where dough is partially cooked, then cooled, allowing it to be quickly finished later for a fresh product. This means the bread you order from Raymond's will need to be fully baked once you receive it. You'll receive instructions on how to achieve the golden crust you know & love from Raymond's! Baking it at home also means your whole kitchen will smell like fresh sourdough!

How long will my bread last?

Once you receive your bread, you should either bake it immediately or put it in your refrigerator or freezer. Our par-baked bread lasts for 1 week in the refrigerator and 1 year in the freezer.
